The changes we can make in our kitchen have a profound impact on our health & well-being.
In this class, we will work in groups and actually cook together then eat together while learning ways to make our favorite recipes healthier.
Our recipes will include, a meal, mocktail, and healthy desserts.
You will receive the recipes and links to any resources for you to use at home.
If you are ready to truly understand what what "healthy" looks like, then this class is for you. I have been teaching for 16 years and love to empower others with this knowledge. Experience is the best way to learn, so cooking is an effective way to teach.
The class is limited to 12 people (due to space in the kitchen).
Once the event sells out the virtual class will be made available for all who could not attend in-person.
